Born and raised in Charleston, Megan Smith has combined her passion for real estate with her love of the Lowcountry, which has led to a rewarding and successful career. She is also a licensed Professional Engineer, and works with developers and clients assisting in all parts of civil engineering design. Being on the other side of home construction and land acquisition gives her a unique perspective on what to look for as an agent. In her free time, she enjoys traveling the world with her husband and two dogs.
