Originally from Michigan, Stacy moved to Charleston 20 years ago and lives in Mount Pleasant with her family where she fell in love with LowCountry living. With a major in Marketing from Central Michigan University, Stacy began her career with the Charleston RiverDogs where she quickly learned the art of negotiation and soon moved on to running an advertising agency where she became a champion for her clients, putting their best interests first.  

Stacy has over 15 years of experience working in residential real estate, through her partnership at Yarrum Properties and Chairos Properties. She has been involved in numerous deals throughout the Charleston area in all levels, and types of real estate and sellers, buyers, flippers and investors. Stacy has a keen sense of negotiation and understands the trends in architecture, rehabilitation, historic restorations and the investment potential of real estate ownership. Through Chairos, her company won the Carolopolis Award for recognizing the property’s historic background, preservation and restoration.
