Supporting Charleston’s Habitat for Humanity

Buy or Sell a Home with Charleston's #1 Team

As you know, I’m normally in the business of selling houses, but today I wanted to talk about building them.

I recently did an interview with FOX 24 Morning News to talk about how my team will once again built a home with Habitat for Humanity. This is our third year supporting this great organization right here in Charleston, and we couldn’t be prouder to lend a hand to those in the community who need housing. Last year, we had 60 volunteers come out and help us build a house from just the foundation studs.

It’s not a handout—it’s a hand up!

Habitat for Humanity has been in the Charleston area since 1989, and in that time they’ve built 82 houses for people who couldn’t afford a nice place to live. We already have our 60 volunteers filled up for our upcoming build, but if you still want to get involved, you can donate furniture to the ReStores. The proceeds from that will go to building new homes in the future. You can also visit our website and make a monetary donation or just wait until next year when we’ll be back at it.

If you have any questions about getting involved with us and helping a good cause, feel free to email me or give me a call. I look forward to hearing from you!
